TORNO C.N.C (WKT-MACHINERY) REFERENCIA (CAK-4085di)

 

Torno C.N.C

1. RUTINA DE ENCENDIDO

a) encender el estabilizador de potencia (25kva)

b) Mover de on a off

c) encender el panel de control con (NC POWER) botón verde prende botón rojo apaga

Instrucciones para escribir en el panel; el panel se divide en alfa numérico y letras comandos

SHIFT+LETRA INICIAL=LETRA ALTERNA

Parámetro write enable →→llave (|) con seguro apagado, (o) encendido, colocar presión 20.

Pedal rojo abrir y cerrar mordazas copa.

Pedal amarillo deslizar puntero.

 

 

 

 


Panel de control de programación y panel de sistema de mecanizado.

Tablero de comandos→edit.

MDI →ingreso manual de datos en (↔X) y en (↕Z).

AUTO→automatico.

JOG→ x-z manualmente

ZRN → Cero maquina

RAPID

25% -50%-100% velocidad de las operaciones

ww%→ porcentaje avance maquina

=|o→ velocidad husillo.


INGRESAR UN PROGRAMA

EDIT→dijitar (PRGRM) →PROTECCION LLAVE

Insertar un numero de código se debe coloca (O) siempre de primera y luego el código numérico →presionar INSERT

Para comentarios presionar dos beses la tecla del panel de programación (>) después ir a C-EXT.
